American Staffordshire Terrier - Lexy And Nellie - Small - Young
Lexy and Nellie were thought to be older puppies when they arrived at the shelter but upon closer inspection have turned out to be about 1-1/2 years old. They were undernourished but after several weeks at the shelter, they have gained weight and look great. They are happy pups, very anxious to have our attention, and getting along well with the other dogs. They both love to run in the park and chase a ball. Lexy and Nellie are each about 25 pounds with Lexy having the most beautiful reddish coat, and Nellie is a very light tan/blond. They are learning manners, to walk on a leash and their SIT command. Both have tested heart worm negative. Nellie has had minor surgery and been spayed and is living a great life in a foster home.
